I don't think it's a fake. If you blow up the photo, it's a Gibson bridge, not Asian. Nothing else about it to indicate it's not real.
You could always have the buyer unscrew the truss rod cover and show you what lurks beneath. The Chinese never use the Gibson style truss rod. I don't think the headstock on this model has binding, so you can't tell by that.
But from what I'm seeing - I have no reason to believe it isn't a legitimate Gibson.

Nothing there to indicate that it's not a real one. All the fittings look just right, correct bridge and switch ring, pickup rings and pickguard look the right colour, head shape is good, Gibson logo looks spot-on and Les Paul script is authentically delicate. Nothing suspicious about the serial number either.
I have to say, though, that the tuners on my Chibson are more in line than that!
